THE ROOM- TERMS AND CONDITIONSĀ
Effective date:1st January 2026
When you join The Room, you get:
- Access to two live calls per month (one themed lesson call, one AMA call)
- Access to The Vault (our library of courses, frameworks, and resources)
- Access to the private member community
- Access to Speaking Freedom foundational videos
- Access to all resources created for The Room
- Recordings of past live calls
All content remains accessible for as long as you're an active member.
PRICING & BILLING
Standard Membership: £67 per month, billed monthly on the date you joined.
Beta/Founding Member Pricing: £27 per month for life (if you joined during beta enrollment period). This rate is locked in as long as you remain an active member.
If you cancel and rejoin later, you will be charged the current standard rate (Ā£67/month), not your original founding member rate.
Your card will be automatically charged each month on your billing date. If payment fails, you'll receive 3 reminders before your access is suspended.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your membership at any time, for any reason.

Your request will be processed within 1ā2 business days.
When cancellation takes effect: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access until that date.
No refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel on day 5 of your billing cycle, you'll have access for the remaining 25 days but won't be refunded for those 5 days.
Pausing membership: We don't currently offer the ability to pause your membership. You'll need to cancel and rejoin when you're ready (at the current membership rate).
CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in The Room - including videos, courses, frameworks, swipe files, and materials shared in live calls - is owned by [Mai Davies - Rainwater Media Ltd.] and protected by copyright.
What you CAN do:
- Access and use all content for your personal development
- Implement what you learn in your own talks and presentations
- Take notes and use frameworks for your own speaking
What you CANNOT do:
- Share your login credentials with anyone
- Download, record, or redistribute any content (videos, PDFs, recordings)
- Teach, resell, or rebrand our content as your own
- Share recordings of live calls outside The Room
If you're found sharing content, your membership will be immediately terminated without refund.
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & REMOVAL
All members must follow our Community Guidelines (which you can find [link to guidelines on dashboard]).
We reserve the right to remove any member who:
- Violates community guidelines repeatedly
- Engages in harassment, spam, or self-promotion
- Shares content outside The Room
- Behaves in a way that harms the community
If you're removed for violating terms, you will not receive a refund for your current billing period and you will not be permitted to rejoin.
RESULTS & LIABILITY
The Room provides education, coaching, and community support to help you improve your public speaking skills.
However:
- We cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes
- Your progress depends on your own effort and practice
- Speaking improvement varies by individual
- We are not responsible for how you use (or don't use) what you learn
PRICE CHANGES
We reserve the right to change the membership price at any time, with 60 days' notice to existing members.
If we increase the price:
- Founding members (Ā£27/month): Your rate will never change as long as you remain an active member
- Standard members (Ā£67/month): You'll receive advance notice and can choose to cancel before the increase takes effect
If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll pay the current rate at that time.
LIVE CALL ATTENDANCE
Live calls are scheduled in advance and posted in the member dashboard.
We make every effort to hold calls as scheduled, but occasionally we may need to reschedule due to illness or emergency. You'll be notified as soon as possible.
If you miss a live call, recordings are available in your dashboard within [24-48] hours.
We are not obligated to provide individual make-up sessions if you miss a call.
CHANGES TO THE MEMBERSHIP
We may occasionally add, remove, or modify features of The Room (such as changing the call schedule, adding new content, or updating The Vault).
We'll always communicate significant changes to members in advance.
If we make a change that fundamentally alters what you signed up for, you'll have the option to cancel without penalty.
DATA & PRIVACY
We collect and use your personal information (name, email, payment details) in accordance with [link to your Privacy Policy].
We will never sell your information to third parties.
We use your email to:
- Send membership updates and call reminders
- Communicate important changes to The Room
- Send occasional marketing emails about our other offerings (you can opt out of marketing emails anytime)
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continued use of The Room after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
