Learn to speak on the spot in 7 days -
with no prep and no panic
Train your brain to think fast and speak clearly - with or without a script, when everyone’s looking at you..
Does this sound familiar?
You're mid-meeting and someone says, "What do you think?" …You go blank!
Or you've prepared a really good presentation - but someone throws a curveball question - and you ramble, stall, or freeze.
Maybe you're a good speaker - but secretly? You wish you sounded a bit more… effortlessly articulate.
Like those people who always seem to know exactly what to say - and how to say it.

"I'm great in my head. But when I speak… it doesn't come out right."
That's the most common thing I hear. In all kinds of situations when you need to sound clear and confident, you overthink, you blank or you waffle.
Or you rely on a script - and sound like you're reading it.
That's why I created Fast Fluency
A 7-day speaking workout - with 7 simple (and surprisingly fun) games to help you:
✅ Speak clearly and fluently - on the spot, even under pressure
✅ Organise your thoughts at speed and articulate them properly
✅ Sound like the expert you are out loud, not just in your head
Why games? Because they work.
When you're nervous, your brain panics. When you're playing, it doesn't. And everyone can play games.
Games… trick your brain into getting out of your own way.
You start to think faster and speak more clearly - without even realising it. And the more you play, the better you get.
You'll build fluency the way pros do: Bite-sized practice. Little and often. Sticky results.
When I shared the 'Just a Minute' game on TikTok, 1.2 million people watched it and broke my DMs begging me to teach them more.
That's exactly why I put together Fast Fluency - to give you these games that build unshakeable speaking confidence. Here's what happened when they actually tried the games:

"I practised when I was tired - and still saw a difference. Maybe that's why. Like Mai says, I didn't get in my own way."
Magda Borisova, Lecturer
"Day 3 and I'm already catching myself being more articulate in everyday conversations. It's like my brain is rewiring itself."
Sarah Chen, Marketing Director
Hi, I'm Mai - and I've done this for over 30 years. Literally.

I am a former BBC and Sky News presenter, which means I had to learn to speak off the cuff, on the spot, for a living, in full public glare.
Breaking news. The guest doesn't turn up. The satellite goes down. And I just had to… keep talking.
No notes. No autocue. Just me, the camera, and several million people watching live.
But here's the important bit… I wasn't born able to do that.
So many people have asked me how I, and all my colleagues, learned to do that - to stay calm, think fast, and speak clearly under pressure.
Because we do LEARN to do it, it's not a talent.
So I reverse-engineered how we learn to create a system anyone can use themselves that mimics how we learn on air.
(…without the cameras, the producer yelling in an earpiece, and enough eyes on you to make your knees buckle)
That's where Fast Fluency was born.
And this isn't just a skill for presentations and keynotes. Here are 10 everyday moments - where learning to be fluent on the spot really pays off:
When I say this is life's cheat code, I mean it!
🧠 1. When you’re asked to “just say a few words”
At a leaving do. A wedding. A work function. And suddenly you're scrambling.
📞 2. When you’re asked to give a quick update in a meeting - and all eyes are on you
You want to sound clear and concise. Instead, you’re narrating a thought experiment.
🔑 3. When a great opportunity comes up
And you’re caught off guard trying to explain why you’re right for it - but the words won’t come.
👩💼 4. When a colleague misrepresents your point and you need to set it straight - calmly
(Been there.) You want to hold the room elegantly - not set it on fire.
📦 5. When you’re pitching an idea and someone says, “What if we did it this way?”
You want to adapt and respond - not stall or cling to your script like a lifeline.
🗣 6. When the panel moderator says, “Any final thoughts?”
You aim for sharp and fluent… but end up rambling.
💡 7. When someone throws a curveball in the Q&A
And your brain can’t organise your thoughts fast enough to respond clearly.
💬 8. When your slides freeze - or your brain does
You feel like you’re standing on the bridge of the Titanic.
🎤 9. When your talk overruns and you have to improvise a close
You panic. You rush. And just like that… the rehearsals didn’t save you.
🎙 10. When someone invites you on a podcast and says, “It’s super casual”
That means no notes. Just talk. Will you be OK with that?
"I actually volunteered to introduce our keynote speaker last month. Six months ago, I would have hidden in the bathroom!"
Rachel Morris, HR Manager
"Before Fast Fluency, I'd stumble through introductions. Now I actually get compliments on how naturally I present myself."
Lisa Patel, Consultant

This is for you if:
✅ You freeze when you're put on the spot - even when you know what you want to say
✅ You ramble, stall, or cling to your script - and wish you could sound more natural
✅ You want to sound like a leader - not just survive your next presentation
✅ You quietly avoid opportunities because you're worried you'll flub your words
✅ You want your outside voice to finally match the clarity in your head
✅ You want people to take you seriously - because you are serious (you just don’t always sound it)
"I used to dread Q&As. Now I actually enjoy being put on the spot. These games rewired how my brain reacts."
Emma Sampson, Business Consultant
"I played something like the 'Just a Minute' game in Toastmasters, it’s great. But the other games really took things so much further. I am now becoming the person others look to for clear thinking.
David Kumar, Team Lead

What if I'm really, really bad at speaking?
English isn’t my first language. Will they work for me?
Is this just for work presentations?

Final thought?
If I can learn to speak fluently with a producer yelling in my ear and a million people watching live…
You can absolutely learn to speak fluently - quietly, at home, before anyone's watching.
So then you can be confident in every meeting, pitch, talk, presentation, or any occasion when everyone turns to you.
Let's get you ready for that.
P.S. Speaking confidence is life's cheat code. Once you've got it, everything gets easier. Shall we unlock yours?
P.P.S. Remember! This is risk-free with my 30-day guarantee. The only real risk is staying where you are, watching other people say exactly what you wish you could say… while you know you've got brilliant things to contribute.
P.P.P.S. Very soon the price is going to go up. Not to be pushy - but if you've read this far, you probably want this.
